Utah Festival Musical Theatre: Eight Performances, July 8 - 14, 2019

I left Portland, Oregon on Alaska Airlines at 8:30am, arriving Salt Lake City about 11:00.  I caught a shuttle to Logan, Utah about 1:30pm.  I checked into the University Inn about 3:30 where I was given a room at the end of the hall on the 5th floor (top floor) with a view to the south.  The breakfast room was right across the hall and the classroom was just down the hall.  Great location.

I saw several productions in downtown Logan: The Pianists!, Master Class, Newsies, Mary Poppins, Mamma Mia!, Bravo Caruso!, West Side Story, Murder for Two, and Raisin in the Sun.  I exchanged almost all of my theatre tickets for better seats, paying the cost difference.  I also saw the International Vocal Competition Semi Finals.

Meals were mostly good except for the Beehive Grill and Jack's Wood Fired Oven.  I had one meal on my own at Center Street Grill.  Simply delicious!

I found two Virtuals on the University Campus: Black Rock and USU Synergy and a Benchmark: Logan Utah College Agricultural Bldg Cupola.  I found one cache in downtown Logan: Historic Ellen Eccles Theatre.  I did not find a cache at the ruins of an old grist mill.

I caught a very early shuttle Sunday morning.  I got to the airport in time to get an earlier non-stop flight to Portland.  I was exhausted.  It took me several days to recuperate.
